What happens if I schedule a last minute walk ?
Walks that need to be scheduled the day of the intended service will be charged a $5 fee.
What are your cancellation fees for walks?
We ask that you provide us 24 hours notice if you decide to cancel your walks. We understand that things may come up and we will try our best to accommodate to the circumstances.
What are your holiday rates?
Due to high demand during popular vacation dates, we operate based on the Alexandria City Public Schools calendar. Dates including spring break, winter break, Thanksgiving break, the week of 4th of July, and the weekends surrounding MLK day, Labor day, and Memorial Day will be charged an additional 20%
*Major holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve will be billed an additional fee of $50.
*Only in regards to Overnight Pet Sitting Services.
What are your Travel Fees?
We currently serve these following zip codes: 22304, 22302, 22311. Any locations outside of this range will incur a travel fee which will cost $0.70 / mile.
What happens if I schedule a last minute pet sitting?
Reservations that need to be set up within less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $15 fee.
What are your Cancellation fees for sittings?
Depending on the sitting services you require, cancellation fees vary but all all sittings require a deposit to secure your reservation.

More than 24 hours notice, 50% non-refundable deposit credited.
Less than 24 hours notice, 100% cancellation fee.
Overnight Pet Sitting Appointments
More than 48 hours notice, 50% non-refundable deposit credited.
